Not only has the durability stood up to lawn mower-thrown balls and the occasional confused bird, they truly look excellent. We selected windows that have a sound-dampening effect, and living next to train tracks, our house has never been quieter. Compared to the cost of the project, the cost to upgrade each window was negligible and well worth it. The service Doug and his crew provided was outstanding. Not only did they install their own windows, they made a custom concrete shim for our unlevel patio door frame. They also installed three doors that I purchased, not limiting me to their own products. The crew, of their own accord, diagnosed my broken pressure washer, provided tips on DIY remodel, and, when I supplied the materials, replaced a rotting board between two windows. Post project completion questions and service have always been quick and efficient. Doug and his crew created a relaxed, stress-free environment and went above and beyond the scope of the project. I could not recommend them more.

We had Summit windows come over and look at our windows. Doug and Monica came over and showed us their windows. Our old windows had aluminum frames and were very dated. We ordered our new windows. Their crew was very clean and did a great job. The caulking around the windows is very good. The difference is huge. We could see the huge difference vs the old windows immediately. Our house is sealed much better and keeps it insulated more. Thank you so much.

Out of 5 bids I got for a full house window replacement, 30 windows, Summit was the lowest and actually gave me exactly what I wanted for the lowest bid and the other bids I got were higher and not the color I wanted, black, as it was too costly to upgrade and the others all wanted to cheap out on the side windows next to a large windows I had on the front of my house so they wanted to put openable windows on the four thin windows I had along the front since they needed to be safety glass which added to the cost so they were supposedly keeping cost down by going with openable windows. Summit gave me everything I wanted including the color and beat all of them by close to $10k or more, one was actually $50k higher which is nuts to me. I almost went with the next cheapest bid which was around $8k higher but no black framed windows either so technically they would have been well over $17k to give me what Summit gave me. I'm so glad I continued looking and getting bids, it paid off big time. No more builder grade, white tic tac toe windows for me. Also the install guy's were top notch and did great work and worked their tails off, they even worked a full day on a Sunday to get my job completed as quickly as possible.
