I am so grateful for my designer to recommend George and his team. From the initial meeting/quoting, to the communication, to the installation that happened last week, everything went smoothly. The team had to deal with some botched work from a previous contractor, and they handled that with care, fixed all the issues, and made sure my windows were properly installed. My experience with Value Windows was great from the very start. I reached out to them to have somebody come look at the windows at my house and they were prompt in scheduling it and the guy that came out was very knowledgeable and helpful as I didn’t know much about windows. He helped me pick which windows would be best for the house, the frame color, and he did all the measurements at the same time and wrote up the proposal before leaving. In all, it was about a 45m process and then I received a link for a deposit payment and they began manufacturing the windows. The process to manufacture was a little delayed due to the Christmas and new years holidays, and then a crazy Texas ice storm in January, however, they kept me updated and still ended up delivering and installing about 5 days ahead of schedule. Great people and easy to work with. If you need windows, these are the people!
Paid a $3000 deposit in early September for residential window replacement. We were told the windows would be installed in November. George NEVER returns a call, the office is no help either. I understand if there was a delay in the window production but there is no excuse for not returning a call or text in regards to a service we have paid a deposit for. POOR customer service and still waiting on information on installation.
