I paid over $4k for a door and what I wanted was not ordered. I walked into the store and picked what I wanted, and specifically a certain color with opaque glass. Installer brought and installed a door with 3/4 light clear glass! Who wants that on their front door?? I called the store and was told clear glass was on the order. NOT ONE OFFER WAS MADE TO MAKE IT RIGHT, only a bid of $869.56 more to replace the glass!! Lax customer service! I’ve probably spent close to $10k ordering doors from these people, but this was the last! Now, to find someone to tint the windows on the door so people can’t just walk up and look into my house!!
