Ian Rush

We had an excellent experience with Clera Niagara Windows and Doors from start to finish. The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding, and the installation process was smooth and professional. A huge shout-out to James Steers, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. James was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all our questions, explain options clearly, and made sure everything went exactly as promised. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction the way he does. We’re extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Clera Niagara — especially if you get the chance to work with James Steers!

What an amazing experience we just had with James at Clera windows. From start to finish all questions were answered with professionalism. He made us feel like we were part of the Clera family from the get go. Ask us what we were looking for and he gave us a few options with the pro’s and con’s for each option. The installers were amazing from the time they showed up till the job was completed. Thank you so much James and Clera Windows for a wonderful experience.
