Welland Glass & Entrances Inc

Wonderful service, on time on budget. From contact to completion Welland Glass were professional. They replaced two failed double glazing for us. The workmanship was clean and fast and very courteous. Thank you for the wonderful service both onsite and from the office.

We cannot say enough good things about Welland Glass. After a vehicle damaged our window, they responded immediately and sent someone out after hours to secure it and make the space safe. They are now coordinating a temporary replacement until insurance is finalized — a huge relief during a very stressful situation. Sam was truly exceptional. Her responsiveness, clear communication, and genuine care stood out from the first call. She checked in, coordinated everything seamlessly, and made sure nothing was overlooked. That level of attentiveness and professionalism is rare. This is what it means to be not just good neighbours, but a dependable, integrity-driven local business you can trust when it matters most. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend Welland Glass without hesitation. So very grateful, The Team at The Health Retreat

Disappointed in their overall service and approach. Had them install a shower glass partition which was done well and with professionalism. When the contractor abandoned the project, I reached out to have them complete additional glass units for which they had measured. I was treated extremely poorly by staff when I called to see if they would complete the job directly with myself. I have no confidence now that they will stand behind the product installed. I’ve included even the email sent to them with no response. I would recommend looking at all options in Niagara prior to committing to Welland Glass.
