Disappointed in their overall service and approach. Had them install a shower glass partition which was done well and with professionalism.When the contractor abandoned the project, I reached out to have them complete additional glass units for which they had measured.I was treated extremely poorly by staff when I called to see if they would complete the job directly with myself.I have no confidence now that they will stand behind the product installed.I’ve included even the email sent to them with no response.I would recommend looking at all options in Niagara prior to committing to Welland Glass.
