Everything is fully warranted for 20 years, and the warranty is transferable to a new homeowner. Shane was very professional in taking the precise measurements and troubleshooting any potential installation issues ahead of time. These people know what they're doing!
We started the process of whole house window replacement meeting with design consultant Neera Cheety. She did an awesome job explaining everything! She was very courteous and friendly. Within 2 days, Paul Crockett came to measure our windows. He also was very courteous & friendly, going over everything about the window measurements and installation. So now we wait for our installation date. We are excited to see the final result, and will return with a review on our new windows!
Seems to very knowledgeable and did a good job and was very courteous Alan and Omar did an amazing job was very detailed and made sure everything was perfect. Lance came out to inspect the job which I thought was great for him to care enough to come out and talk to me. I gave a great review for the installers and Lance but the measurements of the windows was wrong there was an 1 inch of space all the way around the window and was going to send the windows back and have them remade but Chris Ramsey told me that was normal so I told the installers to go ahead but later on I googled Anderson’s specifications and he lied because it said 1/4 to 1/2 all the way around if I would have sent the windows back it would have been expensive for your company and think I should get some money back. Would like someone to call me at my home, my # is on file
We had the best experience working with the crew we had from renewal by Anderson. We honestly could not be any more satisfied. They took their time and really paid attention to detail. They were very helpful with showing us how everything works and made sure we were 100% satisfied with everything. Ian Palencia and OMar Cano did an incredible job and I would want them back for sure for any future installations. Thank you both so much, we were incredibly blessed to have you. phenomenal phenomenal crew. Not only were they really fast but the quality of the install did not suffer in the process. Crew was courteous, efficient and attentive to all details. Windows were pulled from the outside and no damage to my inside trims! This was a big investment for us ( Andersen admittedly are not the cheapest but the quality is amazing) and having these done right with minimum disruption was key. Highly recommend
