Restoration Builders replaced our roof and siding October 2021 due to hail damage. Since their work is still under warranty, they have to do the repairs. Problem is, no one answers the phones and when we finally got through to someone via online chat/text and were put on the schedule... no one showed up.
I recently had my roof and siding replaced by Resoration Builders. The salesman assured me it was “hurricane proof” but I had several pieces of siding blow off. I have called multiple times and left voicemails and received no response. The work looked good at first but it is clear now that it was quickly thrown together with poor craftsmanship and their customer service team lacks professionalism from my experience.
Great company! Very responsive and professional. They were able to get my entire roof purchased by insurance! Ended up upgrading to a standing seam metal roof on the front porch and dormers and love the way it turned out! Would highly recommend them for any roofing, gutters, siding, or window needs.
Restoration Builders installed and completed a roof inspection, full roof system, skylight, gutters and Pella Window Repair. The material was dropped off ahead of time so when the crew arrived they were ready to work. The crew arrived early morning and went right to work. They finished 90% of the roof the first day and by 12:00 noon the second day they were finished and cleaned up. Roofing has a lot of moving parts, my suggestion is to be involved in your project, I made sure I was home and I walked around in the morning when the crew arrived and pointed out breakable items so they could be moved or covered and then I kept walking around during the day to make sure everything I asked for was being completed, and it was! When I asked questions to the crew, they were answered. I love my new roof and gutters and would recommend Restoration Builders to everyone I know!
We dealt with Matt Fischer at Elbert and he was the most personable individual. He definitely went out of his way to make sure we were super happy, which we are! His crew was amazing in tearing off and replacing our roof as well as fixing everything in between, the right way, along with installing new skylights. They were all very courteous and always cleaned up. We have recommended Elbert to everyone we know. We have nothing but praise for this company! Would definitely use them again!
