Our home had a large bay window, a 3 panel French patio door, and two banks of double hung windows, all wood and all very outdated, drafty and generally in disrepair. Ordered Harvey vinyl windows and a big patio slider through these guys and are really happy with the quality. Paul and his team did a great job on the install, the measurements they took were so precise that the new windows slotted right into the existing frames, they even were able to keep the original trim! Couldn’t be happier with the service we got and would recommend these guys to anybody.

Quality Window & Door recently installed our new basement windows, and they did an awesome job. They were super responsive, really helpful, and just genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. We were getting the house ready to sell, and I loved that they didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need.

During the consult, we asked to borrow their measuring tape because a piece of our vinyl siding had fallen off. Without missing a beat, they offered to fix it when they came back for the install—totally above and beyond.

The windows look great, the whole experience was easy, and you can tell they’re just good people. Highly recommend using them!

Following up 3 weeks later, we were less than a week before closing, we discovered another piece of siding that needed repair. I texted Paul to see if they might be able to fix it or recommend someone, fully expecting to pay. Instead, Paul personally stopped by the very next day and took care of it himself.

There is truly no one better to work with than Paul and his team. They are kind, honest, hardworking people who do excellent work and genuinely care about their customers. We are beyond grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Paul and team did a fantastic job helping us with several custom sized doors that were very challenging. They were very quick to help us with the options and did a phenomenal job explaining everything in detail without any pressure. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and they couldn’t have been more professional and helpful with all our questions. They also helped fix two windows that we had installed a few years bac that needed to be replaced. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors.
