We had a fantastic experience with Window World to replace original 1955 Cape Cod style house windows. We had 14 replaced.From initial phone call to a same week consultation with Eric we knew we were in great hands from the start. He spent a Saturday going through options and giving best advice. We proceeded with the contract and within just a few weeks, heard back that our windows were ready for install. Jeova and his team efficiently installed all windows and spent a few hours on finishing touches. All in one day. I was so impressed that this “daunting” project as a homeowner was so easy. I should’ve done this a long time ago. Literally no cleanup, it’s almost like there wasn’t even a construction project the same day with how clean they left the front and inside of our home. We are awaiting new shutters which should come soon. Highly recommend without reservations!!!
I recently had more than 20 windows replaced. Jeova and his crew were great. They were friendly, efficient and clean. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the job. The final product looks amazing.
Had new windows and a new door installed. The crew was nothing short of amazing. Jeova and his team arrived early and went straight to the window installed. The laid down drop cloths and at every entry from the out side wiped there fee. At the completion the removed all the old windows and any debris and then vacuumed each area. Amazing. The second day was a door installed and it was cold out. He and two members of his team removed the old door, opened up the area and after 8 hours wow, a job professionally done. This team is nothing short of professional, caring about my proper and a seamless installation. From my initial call for a home visit there was always communication so I was aware of each step. I have had several projects completed in and on my home. But, none as professional and caring as Window World of Boston. Thanks and yes I would highly recommended them and use them again. With them you are more than a customer, you are a family member.
Jevova and his team were on time and organized. The team worked together to complete the work in 2 days. They went above and beyond by replacing the rotted wood before installing the windows. Jeova and his crew were amazing! They got all our windows done in a day and they came out beautiful!!! Their attention to detail in the framing around the windows was absolutely amazing and now our home is so quiet and no more drafts!
