Had two chips in my windshield that needed a patch and they took me right away without an appointment - Michael explained everything beforehand and was great to answer any questions. They took their time to make sure it was done properly and gave me all the info I needed in case I need to do a full replacement in the future.Overall a great experience and if/when i need a full replacement I’ll be back.Thanks Michael !
Went in to replace a chip in my window and the customer service received was exceptional! They notified me that the chip is more of a scratch and won't require the repairs as quoted. They performed a quick service on the chip to make it less visible and sent me on my way with no charge. Exceptional and honest service!
Quick, affordable and friendly. Got me in for a splitting rock chip in my windshield the same day. $150 all in. Hopefully I’ll never need them again, but will call them if I do.
Incredibly pleased with the professionalism and kindness of everyone at this location in Whitby. I've gone for Windshield chips twice and had them install the TAG system into our cars. We are very happy with all of their work and will always return to this location. Michael, the Manager, is also very knowledgeable and answers questions with clear, honest answers. Very admirable man! The booking process is simple and quick as well. The pricing is extremely reasonable and my windshield looks like new! Highly, highly recommend!
Mike's knowledge, demeanour and professionalism is best in class. He is a gem and the quality of the team's work is spectacular. If you have windshield issues, don't even over think it, just call.Another example of excellence; our vehicle has a cabin filter that NO other service provider has offered to change or inform us that it exist. Almost 10 years since we purchased the car, cabin filter has never changed in the service life.Raising that issue not only helped the car's function but our personal health. That minor change has improved our driving experience 100 fold, just because he found it, flagged it and with our approval of the expense changed it.That is customer service 101. Simple brilliance.
