Not interested in doing business I guess. We had them replace two windows and a door about a year ago and they did a great job. But the salesman Marc would not return calls nor respond to emails. I finally got them to get the work done and was pleased with the result. So a few months ago we asked them to replace all the windows in our home. They sent a person out to measure and he said he would get it to "the boss." Well fast forward three months and still no call back or estimate. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Too bad they can't be bothered to talk to a potential customer.
I cannot express the vast amount of customer care these guys have provided. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, from helping select the types of windows we wanted, to the installation, everything was amazing. I had wanted to tackle this project for years, but dreaded the process. I knew we would need to remove blinds and curtains, likely move some furniture, then spend the next month cleaning dust and debris. This wasn't the case at all. The crew removed and reinstalled all window treatments, moved furniture, and made sure to clean up thoroughly after they were done. I wish I had done it sooner. If you've been kicking the window can down the road for a while, make the call. You'll be happy you did!
Truck stop literally on the other side of the highway. Big place. Wasn't a bad delivery, I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Terrible customer service. I called to get an estimate on replacement doors, it took 2 days for someone to call me back. Once I spoke with someone, he said that he would be able to come measure my doors the following afternoon and he never showed up.To clarify the owners response: A sales rep only contacted me after this google review was posted. In the nearly 2 weeks since initial contact was made, I have not been contacted by any sales rep. Therefore, I don’t believe a return phone call is warranted.
Great customer service. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They work hard to make sure you get exactly what you want, the first time. *Update* The door we ordered was recently installed and we love it. It is beautiful and exactly what we wanted.
