DO NOT LOAD HERE. Took them 4 hours to even START loading me. They want you to have the truck turned off the entire time.On a positive note there is plenty of space to back in and there is an actual restroom available to drivers as well as vending machines. But you will not be using any of them because you will take my advice and never come here.
They open at 8 AM in the morning, don’t confuse with 24 hours. They don’t allow overnight parking. Find parking nearby to avoid unnecessary turnarounds
Worst service. Ima trying to check in and no one is here. Surprised, they have this big as warehouse and they can't to hire someone who can check driver in. Worst of worst. Have no damn shipping office nothing. Just had to wait in open area for check in.
Driver here, dry van. Arrived 45min before my appointment and received a door nearly immediately. It’s been 4.5 hours and I’m still sitting here at a shipper that doesn’t allow idling in their docks. Thank goodness it’s a decent day. It’d be dangerous if it wasn’t. Avoid this place if you can.
The reviews you have read about this place are pretty accurate. I believe they prolly don’t build your order till a hour or so before your appt. I arrive and checked in at 8:25 am. Appt was at 1pm. Was told I can come early when I called. I was the only driver in the docks for 2 hours plus they did not start loading me till almost 11. They have good vending machines and clean bathrooms. Not bad people. However it’s definitely true that you have to shut your truck off in this hot area. Wasnt that bad for me if you come in the morning because you’re in the shade. Overall not too bad just be patient. Now if it’s packed I can definitely see you sitting 5/6 plus hours.
