Champion and their crew were amazing, these windows are better than advertised.
I had 13 old windows replaced. The quality of my Champion windows was top-notch. The quality, professionalism, and courtesy of the installation team were superior. They arrived on the coldest and snowiest day in recent Kansas history. This did not deter or slow the crew down. They were excellent.
Apparently, this company has new management/ownership. We have owned Champion products since 2011 and have always received excellent service prior to 2025. We live on a gravel road. Occasionally, gravel will strike the house. In the past, Champion would repair the damage at zero cost. However, there was always a trip charge since we live so far out and we agreed to that up front. This time we were charged nearly a thousand dollars for the same type of repair. I told the operator I felt it was extortion, but if I had anyone else do the repair the warranty was void. The process to obtain repair was unnecessarily lengthy as well. Not impressed! I would like to discontinue doing business with them, but now I cannot.
Ron Spree provided us with information for siding options and gave us advise on which siding to use for the color we chose. He did not put down other siding companies like the others. I recommend Ron because of the way we were treated. Our installers, Leon and Diego were excellent in installing our siding and were very professional in every way answering our questions to keeping us informed of progress and cleaned up every evening before going home. Our neighbors were impressed in their work ethic the same as we were. I recommend Champion company.
I deeply regret every dollar spent on this company. They presented their in-home estimate as a convenient service, but in reality, they pressured me into making a purchase. The prices they charge are outrageous—three times the market value for both materials and labor. Furthermore, the quality of installation is subpar. To provide context, I paid $2800 for siding on just one side of my house, and it was not worth it. Avoid this company at all costs.
