Everytime I've needed something custom cut, or advice on the right type of glass, the gentleman here is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. (I believe he's the owner) The hours here are daytime till 4 or 5pm, well within reason. Prices are reasonable, gentleman is great, business is local. Definately recommended if you need glass, screens, or anything else he may work with.
Several issues here.1. The rudeness of Mr Frier is astounding. He screwed up on timing twice and only proceeds to say "whatever" instead of sorry. He decided, BY HIMSELF, that he would tile where I asked for a new towel rack by saying he "couldnt match" what I had prior. He didn't give me the option to decide for myself what to do. When I did inquire he didnt even apologize for not giving me my options beforehand. He also, when coming to fix the job where he messed up and put the towel rack, left without saying anything like "hey I finished" "the job is done" or "do you want to come take a look real quick before I leave"2. The plumber I hired to replace my fixtures says that he wouldn't recommend him to anyone because he didnt leave spaces open wide enough for the fixures and noted that he put the replacement back wall in slightly slanted leaving a gap when he put my fixtures in, which he filled with silicon.3. He missed a few spots when grouting, when asked to come back to do that and the towel rack, he still left gaps and holes specifically where I mentioned them.
