Windows, screens and customer service is terrible. Can't open windows without having to push them as I'm trying to open them. Service guy has been to my house atleast 7 times to fix the problem. Still not fixed. Reached out to the company, no response. What a mistake!!
OTR delivery. Nice people however extremely long time to unload. Arrived 8am out at noon. Is it ok for facilities like this to delay you so bad that you miss your next pick up? What if I held you up on your way to work and caused you to lose 4 hours of your day then your boss ends up saying you know what, your already late we don’t need you today so will won’t get paid . Do a little better Slocomb ??
The worst customer service you could imagine. I bought 5 large sliding windows and an exterior sliding door from them. Every window and door struggles to slide open and shut. The sliding door has to be forced shut and will barely close from the exterior. An entire month has gone by without replacement. If this issue is not resolved this week I’ll be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.
I can’t speak to the quality of the windows because it’s been 10 weeks and we are still waiting for our windows to arrive. Every week it’s the same story -we have the windows but we can’t tell you if they are on the truck. I hope the windows are worth the wait and aggravation.
The windows are amazing! The hole process was quick, easy and painless. We are very happy with our windows and highly recommend this company. We are also having them come back out to remodel our bathroom and the sales person. Bryan that came out was amazing too. He was very helpful. Very informative not pushy allowed us to make our decision on our own time instead of forcing us to sign a contract all in all I give them five stars and we will be doing more business with them and can’t wait to do so!!!
