Had 19 windows get replaced all in one day and couldn't by happier with the look and the experience with the install team. Thomas, Blake , Jon, Avery, Hazy, Will, and Jaylen did amazing work and very detailed to make Sure everything was up to my satisfaction. Couldn't be happier

Gabe and Ben were phenomenal. They arrived within the scheduled window and before starting any work laid out multiple drop cloths on my flooring so as to minimize any mess. Gabe explained the process that would be taken to remove the old tub and install the new low threshold shower. Once that was out of the way they began to work and it was amazing how fast that they were able to get the old tub/shower out of the bathroom and begin the install. I explained that Hurricane Florence had done water damage to sheetrock in the house and the out of town contractors used for repairs had sheet rocked over where the plumbing access panel had been so there was no accessible shower shutoff controls so I had to turn off the water at the main so they could work. I asked Gabe if he could make some holes next to the stud when he removed the old shower so i would know where to cut to install a new access panel at the shower connections. He willingly agreed and went above and beyond and not only fully cutout the section but also installed a new access panel for me. When it came time to install the safety hand rails and their placement it was explained I could install them wherever I wanted however suggestions were made along with the reasons that those locations would be appropriate. When the job was completed they cleaned everything up before they left and the only way you could tell that they had been there was because they left a new beautiful safety shower. I will definitely say this crew knew what they were doing and are very good at it. The professionalism of these two was refreshing. They made the whole process painless and stress free for me. Would definitely say that I would use them again if the need arose.

Nice professional and got the work done. A beautiful window and no stress at all. A part of my sun room roof was making a standard install infeasible, they worked around it like pros, removed what was in their way and reinstalled it as good as new. When I had, had a second company come out to do an initial quote this “bump” was quoted to cost me essentially more than the window install for them to take apart and reinstall. Westshore homes didn’t charge me anything additional to handle it. Avery, Will, and John came in with very positive attitudes the whole time despite bump making the project take much longer than they expected, they handled it professionally, courteously and cleanly!! This is who you go to for a hassle free and stress free experience ! Down to cleaning up after themselves I was impressed with the entire experience. Aside from my new and beautiful window you’d never know I had a whole construction crew in here today! They were on their hands and knees making sure they didn’t leave a speck of dust behind. I really can’t get over the professionalism.

West Shore Home was exceptional all the way from start to finish. Chris measured and went over all details with us and hot us an appointment scheduled quickly. We decided on the Theian Ivory. Hector and his counterpart did an amazing job with the installation!!! We love our new walk-in shower!!! Hector was very skilled and very thorough while installing the new and removing the old.
