Great products and service! From the sales person to the installers, we can't say enough about how great this experience has been. The sales person (Matt) was very knowledgeable and brought up points that none of the other companies had mentioned. His concern was if we stayed with a 5 panel window, we'd have less actual 'view' because of the vinyl in between the glass. He had examples of 4 and 5 panel windows and addresses to go see first hand before we made a decision and we LOVE the 4 panel window. We hadn't even considered going from 5 to 4 before speaking with him and we are so glad we did. This was supposed to be a 2-day installation but due to weather delays they had one day to get it done. They double up the crew and showed up early in the a.m. and worked basically non-stop through the day. They got it finished by 5 and it looks great!! We highly recommend Rock Solid!
