If anyone is looking to replace windows, I would definitely recommend Pioneer Window and Door. A friend recommended them to us and he was bang on!! Right from the beginning, they were nothing but professional from the salesperson, to the office, to the installers. Ruslan and Max were very good installers, taking care and showing pride in their workmanship. Afterwards, they cleaned up and left behind an amazing transformation! Koodos to Pioneer!!!!

Terrible experience! On April 2, 2025 we had new framing, door with transom and storm door installed. After finale inspection a significant amount of concerns were raised. Which may not be limited to
Cracks in the storm door and other places around it where you can see light coming in. The sweep was forgotten leaving an approximate 3 inch gap. In paper work it states deadbolt and we received a latch lock. Trim is not flush allowing rain to penetrate. Drip mold was not installed correctly. The threshold in my home is unfinished with only caulking applied. We had Ken come out twice to view the problems.The first time he was out, I was informed that nothing is perfect. I informed him I can’t even open my window on my storm door. I was informed that’s because it’s new. We felt our concern weren’t being addressed. We spoke with 3 separate individuals from the service industry who confirmed and validated our concerns.
Another email sent with concerns needing to be addressed and when completed payment will be issued.
Received a third visit for the same issues. When Ken arrived at our front door another individual was with him. I asked if they wanted to come in but was told they would go through the back. An individual I never met pulled out a ladder and began tapping on I believe the flashing in attempt to fix it. I inquired who he was and his title because at this point I’m not sure what is going on. When I inquired his name and title, I was informed I don’t like titles. Personally at visit 3 and issues not being resolved, I most certainly would like to know who you are and if the right person is at my home. Mike (owner) admitted that the job was not done correctly. We were provided the option of a different storm door or credit and fixing all the problems. We went to the office on Monday June 9, 2025. Reception had no clue why we were there. Had to explain issues again. We did not like the storm door options. Informed reception and sent Ken email letting him know.
On their website it states “guarantee 100% satisfaction with our products”.
We continue to advocate for ourselves to have issues corrected so payment can be made. We would very much like to resolve this move forward.

Pioneer recently replaced all 14 windows in my house, a project I undertook as part of an energy efficiency project. I had sought out estimates from no fewer than 6 companies, and while Pioneer was not the cheapest option, I am very happy that I went with them due to the quality of the work and the end product. The sales fellow I dealt with initially, Bob, was very knowledgeable, having been working in the industry for more than 30 years, and he was very patient with all my questions. I converted my front picture window into a bay window as part of the project, which involved a lot of extra work, and engineers report, getting permits from the city, etc. At that point, my project was passed on to Evan at Pioneer, who did an amazing job of navigating though to help make my bay window dream come true. Then Terry managed the project construction and installations, and he was also very nice, knowledgeable, and diligent, as were Megan and the office staff responsible for scheduling and billing. They were all 100% responsive to my questions and super helpful. Perhaps most impressive out of this experience however, were the two fellows who built the bay window and completed the rest of the window installations; Ruslyn and Lubamir are skilled tradespeople, and did a fantastic job in a decent time interval. They were nice, quiet, professional and excellent to deal with. The window area that required significant construction to put in the bay was left cleaner than it had been before. All told, I would highly recommend Pioneer to anyone seeking to replace their windows. I was 200% satisfied from start to finish of this project.

From beginning to end, my experience with Pioneer Windows and Doors was much better than very good. Kerry was thorough in assessing and explaining what was needed in terms of windows and a patio door. The quality of the product is excellent and the windows and frames are clean and beautiful. The two bow windows are lovely.

Ruslan and Lubomyr were astonishing in their work - absolute professionals. They were punctual and thorough in assessing the window areas before installation began. They worked steadily, without commotion and their site cleanup was excellent. My garage, which was used as a work area by them, is now cleaner than before they arrived. The interior of the house also, has no trace of the significant work that was done.

Also, by one of the windows there was a large concealed wasp colony. Ruslan and Lubomyr dealt with those wasps promptly and carried on!

This has been an stress-free experience with excellent results. Also, the price was fair.

I recommend this company and this team of men 200%.

Very bad products and no services at all! I replaced almost all of my windows and doors from pioneer when I give my house a renovation back in 2021. The 2 doors are leaking from top to bottom, ruined my floor and ceiling. When you called to require an inspection, they always say they will callback. But they never call you back! Also lately one of my sunroom sealed unit (from pioneer too) get cracked for no reason. When I called a glass provider to make a quotation, they said they cannot believe “Pioneer didn’t do at least both lights tempered. That’s out of code. “ How could a consumer know? !
