Great product demonstration, and pricing the technician that did the install replace all the windows in my home 6 hours. He was respectful on time and truly amazing to watch the quality and detail of his work. I recommend window depot to anyone looking to upgrade to a quality window product as a retired Air Force civil engineer, his attention to detail was amazing

I used Window Depot to replace my front entry door (and storm door) and the patio door and window on the back of my home. I am very pleased with all aspects of the work done by WD including the estimate process, the quality of the doors from Provia and the quality of the work done by Brian, WD's installer. I hired Window Depot because the firm is locally owned and operated and they offer personal service and advice. They lived up to their excellent reputation. Though I might have gotten a lower price from one of the big home improvement stores, I feel that I got my money's worth by dealing with Window Depot. The owner Rich King is a knowledgeable, friendly guy who thoroughly explained all my options and answered all my questions. The whole process took about 8 weeks from the time of the estimate to the final installation. That's a reasonable amount of time and in any case, I was not in a hurry. I paid half the cost as a deposit and the other half after the installation. After the installation, WD sent a manager to inspect the work of the installer. I thought the installation was perfect but it was a nice way for WD to follow up. In sum, I would use Window Depot again and I recommend them enthusiastically.

Window Depot of the Triad replaced all 18 windows in our home with Provia Endure windows with fineline technology. Owner Rich was exceptionally informative during his initial visit and patient to answer the numerous questions I sent in the weeks following. I most appreciated his communication throughout the process. Ricky, Cameron, and Brian were top notch, experienced installers. While on site they were there to work, were friendly and were very respectful of our home. Dave was equally professional when he came to inspect each window after install. He ensured we knew how to operate the windows and helped us register for the warranty. Melissa was pleasant to speak with and responsive to communication. Shopping for windows was a long, arduous process. Window Depot was the 4th company we had out to our home for an estimate and an obvious choice for our project. Everyone was professional from beginning to the end of the process. The company sells a quality product without high pressure sales tactics.

Rich and his crew were fantastic. The first appointment for an estimate was amazing. Rich was the only company that appreciated our need to shop and compare companies and products. We were kept informed when an unexpected delay happened and the install was so quick. Our home is older and we worried the fit would be a problem. Nope, Brian installed the door quickly and was cleaning up before we realized he was finished .The inspection and filing of the warranty was quick and also efficient. We are already planning and saving for our next project. Thank you for our beautiful front door!
