Paul was very nice to offer us affordable prices when our warranty was voided by the manufacturer company, and some of the seals failed on our windows. We got 4 replacement top sashes, and they were all the correct sizes and very clear. Our rescue bird has started watching out his window again!

My husband and I decided to replace many of the windows in our home. We checked out many window companies and decided on A-1 . Paul was extremely helpful and pleasant. We felt comfortable with the windows we purchased. He was very well informed and explained and showed us all the windows and we made an informed decision. Several weeks later, the windows came in and we had them installed by Kevin. He also was extremely helpful. He was meticulous and cleaned up after himself. The experience was wonderful. I love our new windows. Not only are they beautiful, they are very easy to clean. I would highly recommend A-1 and Kevin.
