I am so impressed with the service i received from RESCOM. They recently installed new windows in my home and the whole process was seamless. The crew was very professional, efficient and the entire project was completed right on schedule. My house looks great and feels much more comfortable. I highly recommend RESCOM to anyone looking for High-Quality window service! I will return to RESCOM for the remaining doors and windows, and any future projects I may need; I will always recommend them. I love the communication, and they have an amazing staff.

I would recommend anyone I know to use Rescom for their windows. From the first chat with the salesman Ben to the installation team (James and team), it was such a fantastic experience. The windows are beautiful, keep the drafts out and the install was exceptional.

A couple of weeks ago, RESCOM installed 9 new windows for us. From the very beginning to the very end of the process everything progressed seamlessly. The salesperson was knowledgeable, straightforward, and polite; instead of hard selling techniques, he offered detailed information on the features of the windows and patiently answered our questions. Once we’d placed the order, the company kept in touch with us, scheduling the installation for just a few weeks later. And when the day of installation came, it could not have unfolded more professionally. The 3-member team was great! They showed up on time; they treated our home with great care; and they did a fabulous job of fitting the windows. This might sound easy, but since our house was built in 1830, long before window sizes were standardized, there were challenges. Specifically, the team had to find a way of framing the windows that matched the aesthetics of the house well while maximizing their energy efficiency. All this was accomplished beautifully. It took a full day for the installation, but at no point did the team seem rushed or frustrated. They took pride in their work, and the pride was well earned. The windows themselves are spectacular. The style is just as we expected and perfect for our farmhouse; the mechanics of the windows are great; and the very light tinting of the glass actually seems to intensify the colors of the outside world. After the install, the company reached out to us again, sending us a packet of materials including their fifty-year window warranty and home security warranty. It was a pleasure to work with RESCOM and they have our highest recommendation.

I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with Rescom. Salesman arrived on time, was incredibly well versed on all products and able to answer all questions. Customer service was excellent scheduling. The install … just WOW. Again, on time, explained the process and the timeframe. We have quite an old home so I was worried for what might come up but no issues and the doors looking gorgeous- and open/close like butter! We will return to Rescom for windows and will always recommend!

Needed my front door replaced. I have an old home so it's nice that this company will make your doors a custom size to fit your existing opening. All of the existing rot was removed and replaced for the original price. You don't get a quote that can have added charges later what you agree upon is what you pay. Installers were professional and respectful of my home. All debris cleaned up and removed from site. I just ordered some windows from them too. Definitely exceeds the home stores in quality and installation.
