Great customer service and technician explained all the work done in terms I could understand. I was notified the wait time could be 2-3 hours but my vehicle was ready within the hour.
I've had 2 rock chips in the last couple months and the repair was $0 with my insurance to get them repaired so they wouldn't crack more. The technicians are very professional and friendly! They do a great job and I'd recommend to my friends and family!
The techs were very friendly and professional. Making an appointment was easy and they worked around my schedule. They came to my home at no extra charge even though I live way out in the country.
Safelite (Yakima) has a convenient location and appointments are easy to make. The windshield replacement was done quickly with no problems. My service was done at their facility and was scheduled. In the past, I have had quick service for unscheduled/walk-in chip repair.The staff has always been friendly for my service visits.
WHEN IS CUSTOMER SERVICE GOING TO CONTACT ME??? I have gone back in, called the 800 #, emailed, emailed a 2nd time this morning, and now I am leaving this review. Do you all really consider this to be an acceptable completion of a work order? Glass everywhere, no weatherstripping at base, and was told they "tried to get all of the glass", really? It certainly doesn't look like they tried to me. What do I have to do to get a decent job done properly? You guys got paid and not through insurance so now that you're paid your going to ignore this complaint? WO666839
