I highly recommend Authentic Window Design.Our sales consultant, Kyle, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to the best option for our needs. He did not try to up-sell like some of the competitors. The windows arrived in 3 weeks. The installation team was courteous, efficient and very careful in protecting furniture etc. They cleaned up very well. AWD is also very well priced. Would definitely use them again.

I had 3 seperate projects completed by Authentic Window Design. The quality of product and professional installation was a great experience, Andrew (sales) and Omar (installer) were very knowledgable, kind, and professional. One project had an installation issue and AWD worked with Marvin and the installation team to correct the issue fast and communicated through the entire process. We had quotes from several other window companies in our area and AWD had the best prices, most friendly staff, and the best Marvin products! I will be using AWD in the future and recommending to my friends and family.Thank you!
Authentic Window Design is the real deal. They were very professional, timely and communicative throughout, at a very competitive price point. We had 16 windows installed and bought a slider through them that we installed in our 1896 row house. Our sales guy Frank was always available for an update or to discuss design, Maggie in the office was super re scheduling and the installers were top notch: efficient, thorough, friendly and clean. Cannot recommend this company highly enough
