Reviews

What customers say

Accounts of follow-up are mixed: one building customer found the company easy to work with and helpful after installation, while a different customer said repeated calls and messages went unanswered. Installation feedback also includes a serious complaint: a customer reported insulation falling off days after installation and a crooked, drafty window that caused ongoing problems.

I have called repeatedly, leaving messages on different prompts and nobody has the decency to return any phone calls. I assume if you are looking to replace a window pane, they just aren't interested in doing business. That's ok, as long as someone would say so. But, not to respond at all, do yourself a favor and don't bother getting frustrated, JUST GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. YOU DON'T NEED THE HEADACHES.

Stephen Demasi

I had two windows installed. One window was fine. The other has caused me ongoing problems. The insulation fell off days after installation. The window is crooked and is drafty. I came to find out there were problems with many of the other windows installations in my building. How are able to stay in business?

These people have been so easy to work with. They installed windows a few years ago in my building and every time I needed something after the fact, they could not be more helpful.
