I called back in August to have the glass replaced that shattered for my patio sliding door I purchased from them in 2021. I was provided the estimate and was told the glass would need to be delivered. I called and emailed several times and was told oh we’ll deliver it and install it the same day but never did. Just terrible communication and customer service. I’d advise anyone to not waste your time and find another company.
They installed the windows fine, but it has been a few years and one of the windows is leaking. I have emailed the company for a replacement of the damaged window over 8 months ago. I have emailed and called, they are very poor with this customer service. If you go with this company hope you have no issues with the windows. As an update, I wrote this review long ago, and the company still has not replaced this damaged window. They do not stand behind their products. Do yourself a favor, choose a different window company.
The office staff is very responsive, informative, and most importantly professional. The overall task was challenging. The team of Precise windows did not back off from the difficulty, they even got the required suspended scaffold OSHA training on time to accommodate the completion of the scope. their professional team did everything to complete the task safely and efficiently. This is the contractor that will not fail and meet all the expectations. Totally recommended as one of the best window contractors.
Joey and his crew were charged with the difficult task of installing 450lbs glass fire-rated panels in our Manhattan apartment. Despite all the challenges encountered and outside of his control, Joey never tried to drop the project or upcharge me. He kept me posted all the way on potential solutions and got it done.His crew was very nice, polite and clean.I might never have to install windows again but if I were a GC I would definitely work with him.Jonathan
