Let’s start with the owner Rich…. He is honest, straight forward, knowledgeable and best of all no high pressure sales tactics. He delivered right on time. Also the prices on the windows were amazing .He even sent a basket and shows up on the job to make sure everything went well. The crew was wonderful. They were respectful, clean, efficient and even found a small flaw in the glass of one of the windows ( I didn’t even see it). They let Rich know right away. The quality of the windows are great! We could already feel the difference immediately. We had 13 windows replaced including a picture window on the first floor of our home. We are absolutely using them again next year to do the second floor of our home.I would very strongly recommend them to family , friends and neighbors. Please don’t hesitate they are wonderful!
Phenomenal service! Rich came out to help inspect and fix a window on last-minute notice. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, practical, and quick. Will 100% go back to Window World for all of our window/door needs. Wonderful service.
We recently had a new entrance door and two windows installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Richard, the owner of the company, pays close attention to every client and truly cares about quality. The workmanship was excellent—very tidy, precise, and professional. Our entrance door was a tricky case, but they handled it beautifully and managed to install exactly the door we wanted. I chose this company because they are a local provider, but I honestly didn’t expect such a high level of quality control and responsibility—on par with much larger companies. They listened carefully to my preferences and were flexible in scheduling, finding time to complete the installation when it worked best for me.Highly recommend.
Richard, the owner, is a great guy, very pleasant makes you feel like family. We felt amazing because they treated us so well. He got to know the kids and brought treats for us. I really appreciate all the work and the windows came out awesome. Couldn’t be more grateful!
Terrible job on our windows. The owner and employees who installed our windows are kind but it doesn’t matter at this point. We don’t want nice friends but the professional workers. They didn’t do the way that we wanted in the first place for outside (different size) because the owner and employees miscommunicated. My family is so upset because we spent $20,000 to get new windows but as you see in the pictures, EVERY WINDOWS (frames) has stains, chips, etc., and a very bad job with silicones too. We had to complain and make them do it again. Can ANYONE tell me if this is what you get when you install NEW windows from other companies too? I didn’t want to overreact but it makes me so upset every time I see these windows. They said it is our responsible to paint inside of windows but is this normal? We installed new windows because we want them to look nice and new. Why do we get new windows and paint them ourselves after spending $20,000??????I, as a small business owner, hate to write a bad review but I just got an email to leave an opinion about the Window World and want to share my experience.I gave them one star because they have a financial plan and the owner and his employees are kind.0 stars for their job
