I was looking to replace a couple of windows in my home. I contacted Dreamlux for a quote. From the moment I contacted them, the experience was exceptional. Tyleen scheduled an appointment to come out to my home and walked through my home and gave me an estimate and provided detailed information.Soon thereafter the team came out to replace the windows, and Eddie went over details of what would be happening that day during installation of the windows. They completed the window replacement efficiently, and when they were done, they cleaned up so well it looked like they had never been at my home.The customer service I received from start to finish was outstanding. After the job was completed, they followed up to ensure everything was functioning and to see if I had any questions. Because of their excellent service I plan on having them replace all my windows.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
