We replaced all of our windows and we could not be happier with the job Precision did. The installer Brad (also partner in the business) was such a pleasure and was excellent with communicating on top of doing a first class instal job. He was prompt and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We are extremely happy with the outcome. No more sand blowing in through window cracks and the AC doesn’t run as much. I would highly recommend this company.
Only one star because I am unable to pick no stars. Patio door replacement was ok. Door was missing the screen. Justin said he’d left it in the shop and would bring it later. Paid the bill. Bad mistake. Screen door arrived a few days later after a reminder phone call. Screen door is wrong size. Called Justin several times and left messages. No call back. Two weeks ago Saturday, Justin finally answered his phone and said he be here Monday. No show. I called Tuesday and left a message. No call back. Saturday I called him again. He answered and said he was sorry but totally forgot. Justin said he’d be here this past Monday morning. SURPRISE. No show. I called him again Tuesday and left a message. Again, no call back. I called him again this morning, no answer and no call back. I feel I’m being ghosted. Very poor and unacceptable customer service. Awesome job, happy customer! Justin was attentive, responsive and answered all my questions. He was able to work with my budget for security door install, I chose to buy matetials and paint door mould. Overall satisfied, would recommend 100%, very professional.
