Pristine Concrete Ltd

Pristine did a large protect for us this spring. It involved two patios and two sidewalks. What they did well: 4/5 polite and friendly 4/5 arrived early in the morning and worked efficiently What wasn’t done well: 2/5 concrete was poured on weds morning and relief cuts or control joints (whatever they’re called (very shallow) were cut on Friday afternoon. Concrete was already cracking in two places the day after the pour. It has since began splintering into little islands of concrete along these cracks. 2/5 for customer service. When this was brought up to them they said that cracks are (“to be expected, this is the nature of the product”). They offered no suggestions to fix it. This is a large sidewalk and it has no control joints between the sidewalk and patio and will likely crack and slump more in the future. The concrete that touches the foundation is starting to Crack because their control joints were cut after and don’t go to the wall it’s just making its own crack. 1/5 planning, there is a 2 inch step down from the sidewalk to one of the patios that is a hazard.

Pristine Concrete are a professional and cheerful group that value quality and dependability. Josh and Sean are friendly and super informative. They go out of their way to assess your needs, provide access to considerable connections in the concrete industry, and deliver top quality finish with each project we ask their help on. If I could give them six stars I would. Book them for your next concrete placement and see what I am talking about.

Josh and Sean were incredibly great to work with. They always showed up on time, They were personable, friendly, and extremely professional. We are so happy we chose them to do our driveway and the outcome couldn’t have turned out better. We would recommend them over and over again… Pristine concrete, thank you for our beautiful driveway.

I had my driveway expanded and Pristine did a fantastic job with the addition to my driveway. It was completed in a timely manner and at good value. Very happy with the work and detail! I’ve had several compliments from the neighbours! Thanks Pristine Concrete!
