Know that if they pour concrete on your property they will not pay for it. I have aa lien on my house now and Caymon wont answer my calls or the concrete companies. ALWAYS PAY CONCRETE COMPANY DIRECT WITH THIS GUY.
I hired caymon to build me a concrete slab for a shop that would be 40ft by 40ft on April 1st. We discussed that it would need a thicken edge of at least 16 inches to support the columns of the building. I also told him that I wanted weld plates on the corners and in the middle. The thicken edge and weld plates were never done. He also didn’t bring more gravel to pack down. He instead used the little bit I had on my driveway and spread it lightly, not even packing it down. He also didn’t use the black plastic that’s laid underneath the concrete to hold the moisture in and prevent cracking which ended up CRACKING 4 hours after the pour. His guys left their trash all around my yard. Caymon’s guys also decided to dump the waste concrete and wood left over on my property next to the concrete slab. To top it off the concrete work came out looking horrible with an uneven surface and cracks everywhere. What was supposed to be the beginning of something beautiful has now turn into a nightmare. I can no longer build the shop because of how weak the concrete is. I’ve attempted many times to get ahold of Caymon but refuses to answer his phone. I asked for a concrete slab for a shop not a 40’x40’ drive way. You need fix this Caymon.
