AM Construction20/10 recommend.We chose AM Construction to repair the foundation on our 1957 pier and beam home. Anthony and the project manager, Nathan, and the crew were fantastic.They explained what they had to do, gave an estimate of days to completion and fully cleaned up any leaf that was displaced.During the process, I observed large levels placed in different areas of the workspace and they went under the home (our crawl space was previously carpeted over) which made me even more comfortable with the quality of work.There is one more thing for future female customers to consider. I work from home, and am usually alone. This is our first home, and I was comfortable the entire time. It's hard to explain, most women will probably understand, but I would welcome this team back into our home for any project.
They were very professional, friendly and timely. They were quick to let us know when they were on the way and stayed in constant communication with us when en route and on the job. They did amazing work and beat the quoted time by a half day! They also honored a quote that they had given us from over a year ago! I would recommend them to anyone needing foundation repairs!
Anthony and his team installed new linoleum flooring in my kitchen and hallway, and the finished result looks fantastic! They worked hard, put everything back in place, and really took the time to make sure things were done right.Anthony is great to work with. Very friendly, communicative, and willing to explain the process so you feel involved and informed.The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because there was glue left behind in several areas, and it was tough to remove in spots where it would come up at all. That aside, the overall job was done very well, and I’d definitely recommend them to others and will be coming back for future projects.
Anthony and his crew did great work getting my mobile home levelled and replacing the skirting. Unexpected issues were managed with my best interests in mind. His warranty is the best I've seen. I wish I would have known about his business years ago and highly recommend his services.
