Decent build quality and excellent price. The only issue I had was a few surface cracks in the driveway they poured.
Built my building 13-14 years ago and I have no problem with the building. My problem is the concrete floor has large cracks because he didn’t put any rebar or anything for strength. At the time he said the fibers in the concrete would work. Since then I called several times about fixing it. The first few years he said he would be out to fix it then he quit taking my calls. I wouldn’t do business with Torres construction. I agree “ you’ve been warned “.
Stay away. This company ripped me off for thousands of dollars and I found out after that they rip off a lot of people. Stay away you have been warned!
I have had a bad experience with Mr Torres he built me a building when I made the final payment I ask him to do one more thing I paid him in advance and I have not been able to get him to finish what I ask him to do. That was 4 mouths ago. He will not return calls or refund the money.
