After interviewing several companies, our condominium association hired Oneco Cement and Asphalt, Inc. to perform a large sidewalk renovation project. It was one of the best decisions I have made. Pam and her crew were amazing. The project progressed like a fine symphony. It was exquisitely organized and the finished product was excellent. Pam and her crew were incredibly pleasant to deal with and the price was more than fair. Do not waste your time interviewing other companies. Below is an older review: Just finished up another concrete repair job with Pam and the Oneco crew - can't be more impressed, this time 10,000+ SF of our roadways and sidewalks. After the last repair work and my random visits during the work I didn't need to oversee the crew this time. I will say once they were finished I marveled at their workmanship. Our complex consists of approx 240,00 SF of roadway/parking/sidewalks, none of which is reinforced so it breaks apart at random and patching it back together presents some challenges - none too much for these guys. I hesitate to use the word 'artists' but that's exactly what they are. Thanks Pam, your guys are the best.I'm one of the Directors of the ShorewalkPalms Condo Association and we recently had Oneco Concrete perform some needed concrete repair/replacement work for us. Oneco Concrete and Asphalt completed over 6000 SF of roadway/parking areas in our condo complex and over 1300 SF of sidewalk replacement. I have never worked with a more accommodating contractor in my life and I worked for more than 40 years for the Massachusetts DOT. The owner, Pam Jeffers, and I walked the property together, I pointed out the areas I wanted done and I had a proposal in a few days, she allowed me 3 additional change orders without a complaint. The last one required a second Dig Safe visit and a return to the complex after finishing the original work with the 2 extra change orders. This is a professional and experienced, no-nonsense crew. Old concrete was removed efficiently, tree roots cut out, wire reinforcement placed, concrete poured and finished and traffic cones and signs put in place. Next day return to cut control joints and water down pours. The bonus - they were the low bidder for the work. Five out of five stars for me.

I needed an RV pad and asked for estimate with Oneco Concrete. Pam responded immediately and was there within a couple of days to measure and give an estimate. Always responded to my numerous questions immediately and walked me through the process. I am very happy with not only the great customer service but the workmanship and clean up their crew provided... as well as the price. Highly recommended!
