The work was completed as quoted, and Ian was friendly yet very professional. He cleaned up very well and even followed up to make sure all was OK. Highly recommended.
Ian rebuilt our deteriorating chimney and did a fantastic job. We didn’t know or understand the poor condition of our chimney’s brick work and Ian provided an easy to understand assessment. His communication was top notch — a prompt estimate, updates on when he’d be able to do the work, and updates on his progress during the work. He is a hard worker, shows close attention to detail, and he happens to be a super nice dude.
