I had a wonderful experience when I found LH Construction to redo my old wood deck to update it a composite deck. I interviewed several contractors and Lance and his team was the most knowledgeable, honest contractor I met. They provided options and suggestions to build me a beautiful deck within my budget and worked with me to obtain that budget. During the process they asked questions, provided options and even accommodated my changes when I did not originally consider adding steps to my grassy area. They accommodated that change without going over my budget. Lance has excellent communication during the process. He gave me a window of when they would start my project and committed to it. During the project his lead Hyrum very knowledgeable and team were prompt on time each day and committed to my project. They focused on my project until it was completed. I can't thank them enough for the hard work they did and providing me a beautiful new composite deck that turned out better than my expectations. If your looking for an honest hard working contractor then look no further and reach out to LH Construction.
As a follow up Oct 2024 - Feb 2025 I had LH Construction return the following year when we did our master bedroom remodel and additon project. Lance and his team did an oustanding job as expected. Lance set up and coordinated with all the subs and ensured the project went smoothly and in a timely fashion. Some contractors will juggle jobs and not completing in a timely fashion but Lance focused on our project all the way through completion. His team discussed each aspect of the build out or brought up recomendations to make sure it was built to our expectations. The room turned out beautifully better than I imagined!
If your looking for an honest, dedicated contractor to complete a build for you look no further than LH Construction!
