E & B Masonry is just the BEST! They worked a miracle for us. Our garage, backyard, walkways and drainage all were completely destroyed by a stunning construction disaster next door. Then, Eddie Murillo and his hardworking team stepped up to address every issue expertly. They worked long hours, quickly solving every issue. Our new world is so much better than we could have imagined. Now, time for me to plant a garden, get patio furniture!Before and after photos here:
E&B Masonry Chicago have worked on a number of projects on my home. As a female home owner, I have had my share of unpleasant experiences with construction companies. Eddie and company have always been extremely reliable, professional, trustworthy, friendly, engaging, and timely. On every project they have gone above and beyond to keep me (and my husband) informed and updated on the project and progress and to assure our satisfaction with their work product. Their work is of the highest quality, and I cannot recommend them more highly. I cannot say enough good about Eddie and his crew at EB Masonry. They've done tuckpointing and parapet wall repair for me, and they built our new brick garage from plans and permits to final completion. They are professional, polite, tidy, and affordable on top of doing fantastic work. I recommend them without hesitation.
Eddie (and Mike) did an amazing job building a deck on to my 100+ year old oak park home. Eddie and his crew went above and beyond to make sure everything lined up and that the village's requirements were satisfied. I cant wait to start enjoying it, and know i will be able to for years to come. a big thank you Eddie and your incredibly hard workers (who showed up during some of the hottest days in 2023). highly recommend E&B!
Responsive, prompt and professional. Michael and Eddie have been great and always on time with everything I asked them to do. They demolished and rebuilt the front facade and did a total tuck pointing of a small commercial building I own in Logan Square. Their work is fast and good quality. They always worked happily and like nothing was a problem or a challenge, even when I had three change orders, my fault, not theirs. They're very easy to work with and I recommend them without hesitation.
