Arias Concrete is top notch with customer service and the job they did on our concrete. We contacted Alvaro (owner) and he was quick to respond with a quote for our job. The price was within the range of other quotes as we always get 3 for any work we have done. Alvaro and his crew showed up on time and completed the job as agreed. They did an excellent job on our concrete with base rock, rebar & 4in thick concrete. He came back a few days later to remove the form boards and before he left, he was in the street sweeping up the concrete dust. Now that’s service! From start to finish, he kept us informed via texts. He is bonded and insured and is very articulate (unlike others we interviewed). You get what you pay for. We will use Arias Concrete for all future jobs. We would rate him 10 stars if we could.

I approached Alvaro when he was doing driveway repairs at my neighbors house. I asked him if he could give me an estimate to do my backyard concrete repairs and pour new concrete on both sides of my house . He gave me a reasonable cost to do my requested work and scheduled the work in no time. I found Mr Arias and his crew to be very professional and very friendly. Alvaro and his team did amazing work with extending the driveway and adding stamped concrete to the backyard. I enjoyed working with Alvaro as he demonstrated expertise and professionalism. Alvaro and his team did an amazing job with our property. We had over 1k square foot of space that needed to get done and they completed the work with great quality, and on time as promised. I compared 5+ contractors and Alvaro was understanding and willing to work with all our requests. He was meticulous with the demo, prep work, and even gave advice on how to better route drainage/electrical/irrigation. They are very responsive and adaptable. They definitely work hard and best of all- once the work is done they do their best to clean everything up as it was. I wouldn’t look elsewhere.

Commercial concrete slab installation Our company is out of Los Angeles and received a project in Berkeley earlier this year. We reached out to Alvaro owner of the company for a quote on a concrete slab fill and finish job for our project. Not only did they do an amazing job but were very professional, punctual and on top of everything. We were so pleased with the work they did that we referred them to the GC next door who had a similar job. Definitely looking to work with this company in future commercial projects here in the baby area!
