I worked with BCR construction on an extension of our front yard patio area in the Montclair neighborhood in Oakland. Franklin and team did a fantastic job with the project. The crew replaced an old flack stone patio with turn and extended the footprint by raising new retaining walls and flattening the area.The project was delivered on time and on budget and Franklin kept me informed on progress throughout. The team was always on time and was respectful and careful of our home and the neighbors properties as well. Franklin offered suggestions on how to improve the project and also considered our feedback.
I highly recommend BCR construction.They did an outstanding job with several projects at my house. They built, custom raised garden beds for my backyard that are both functional and look great. They’ve also completed a few of the projects inside and their attention to detail was remarkable. The team was professional, always on time, communicated clearly throughout the process and kept the work areas tidy.I would definitely hire them again for future construction needs.
