W&B Villa Construction, Llc

?????????? I had an amazing experience working with Gabriel! He renovated my bathroom — installed tile, waterproofed it, and switched out the toilet — and the results were beautiful. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work quality exceeded my expectations. Gabriel is professional, trustworthy, and reliable. I felt completely comfortable leaving him at my property unsupervised, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He’s also super helpful and proactive, offering great suggestions for other updates that could improve the overall quality of my home — but never in a pushy way. He’s flexible with timelines and always willing to come back when I’m ready for the next project. On top of his skills, Gabriel has great energy, a positive attitude, and is just a pleasure to talk to. I’ll definitely be using him again for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable, talented, and professional handyman or contractor.

We were referred to Gabriel by our neigbor. He renovated our guest bathroom that was original from the 1995 build and did an Amazing job! Gabriel was very easy to work with, he was very communicative, neat, reliable and has great attention to detail. We are so grateful to have hired him for this job and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for home rennovations.

We had original master and guest bathrooms that needed full renovations. Not an easy undertaking with costs involved so we took our time to budget, save and find the right contractor for the Job. Gabriel from W&B Villa Construction was recommended to us by some friends and from the first interaction we knew he was the right person for the job. We are absolutely thrilled with the results of our renovation and thankful to Gabriel for helping make our vision a reality. Gabriel always showed up when promised and put in the time and effort to deliver a quality outcome.

We worked with Gabe and his team to renovate our entire home and he did an amazing job. He was responsive, trustworthy, and helpful and accommodating along the way. We actually began the project while living out of state, and not only did Gabe keep us informed of how the project was progressing, he helped us with multiple other side quests that went completely above and beyond the scope of the project (helping with packages being delivered, literally helping us retrieve our vehicle from a shipping company, the list is endless) He completely transformed our home and did everything from our floors, painting, stairs, kitchen, and all bathrooms. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any projects and am truly sad he won’t be coming around our home anymore, because he is awesome!

Gabe checks all the boxes… he is reasonably priced, punctual, trustworthy, meticulous… all the qualities you look for in a contractor. When we unexpectedly had to remodel our master bathroom after a leak, I did research online and W&B Villa Construction stood out. When Gabe came out to provide an estimate, my husband and I were very impressed and knew he was the person we wanted to work with. From start to finish, Gabe maintained excellent communication about the process and logistics and if he said he was going to do something, he did it and he did it well. He was a one-man team and did an AMAZING job with everything to include electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, tiling, etc. I was honestly blown away. Gabe treated our home with care while creating a space we love. We look forward to working with him on future projects.
