Carefully and skillfully restored my 30 year old stone barbecue grill. Mortar had deteriorated and they replaced a metal support piece, color-matched new mortar, and cleaned all the surface stone so it looks like new again. I've used them for previous projects and they are always professional, efficient, and good about keeping things tidy and communicating with me.
Very nice and friendly people! They did some foundation work for me a few months ago that turned out great! They work their butts off, always busy. Be patient, it sometimes won't be a quick turnaround, but they do their best to get everything done as quickly as possible while maintaining great quality.
Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable tradesmen that honestly looked at the commercial building and gave their professional opinion. Then, expertly executed the work to be done. Excellent work, and they cleaned up and left everything looking so much better than it did before. They also suggested future repair and maintenance work for the brick face. I will definitely be following up and have them back for further, much needed, maintenance and repairs.
I scheduled an estimate to have the flashing of my chimney repaired weeks ago. No call no show from the technician. Called the company over a dozen times over the last 3 weeks asking if they were rescheduling or to get back to me if they were unavailable so I could contact another company. Never returned any of my voicemails or phone calls. Do not recommend this company if you expect any level of customer service or communication.
Kettering Kustom Masonry replaced my driveway entry that was not paved with the correct angle. (driveway sloped downward coming off of a higher road) the crew maintained professionalism and cleanliness when tearing out and paving the new entry way. Very pleased with the concrete work. It has enhanced the curb appeal and made it possible for vehicles to get in and out of the driveway without damaging the under carriage of the vehicle. I highly recomend this company, quality concrete and Masonry work is hard to find but these guys really know how to deliver.
