They were incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was prompt, payment was simple, and everything was completed with a very quick turnaround time. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend them and would gladly use their services again.
Could not believe the final product! We had what we thought was a tricky job with the size and scope of the project. However the crew can in and got it done well.Nick was great when coming in with consultation and helping us finalize our plans with patterns, color combinations and ideas. The pricing was right around what our research had suggested it should be, and we did not get "sticker shock" from the final quote like we did from some other contractors. We even had some unexpected demo that needed to be done, and they completed it without issue too. The crew was professional and hard working, and were very receptive to any concerns we had.We are incredibly pleased with our patio, and will be referring Denver Concrete to all our friends. Any other concrete jobs we have coming up, they will be our first call for sure!
We are thrilled with our experience working with Denver Concrete company. They arrived on time and did top quality work. They also did a great job cleaning up and left our yard spotless. By the end of the day we had a brand new patio and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
Please read carefully. I don't leave a ton of reviews for contractors. In Fact, this may by a first for me. Nick and his team have gone above and beyond so far 2 days into our project. Nick has been very responsive and most importantly Patient with my wife and I as we continue to change things last minute. The pictures are the work being done now. I'll post more once they are done. So far I would highly recommend Denver Concrete!
I hired Denver Concrete for a new driveway to replace a very old, cracked driveway. The scheduling and estimation were both quick and easy! The pricing was excellent, and the communication was OK. I had to follow-up on scheduling after putting the 50% deposit down. The driveway concrete looks great! I've even had a couple of neighbors comment on how good it looks.I gave them 3 stars due to lack of clean-up and yard damage in unexpected places. I've never had a driveway replacement, so some of the items below might be expected. Aside from possible sprinkler damage, there were no expectations set by Denver Concrete for the yard damage, so I'm reviewing from that perspective. For the sprinklers, there was one broken sprinkler head, a couple that were set lower than before, and a possible knicked line. The sprinklers fared much better than I anticipated!Next to the driveway, I expected I'd lose an inch or 2 of grass, but I didn't expect 5" on each side. It left a pretty distinct drop off from my lawn to the driveway, and I'll end up having to backfill and regrade the lawn. Again, I've never had a driveway replacement, so maybe 5" on each side is expected. No expectations were set with me though.Outside of the immediate driveway edge, there are multiple spots of yard damage that looks like it was due to the crew cleaning off their tools and boots in the grass. There are rocks lining my yard, and I would've preferred they clean off away from the grass. Instead, I have a dead patch and some other gray patches that will likely need revival next spring. The Halloween decorations, shrubs, and extension cords have grey spatters on them as well. My front porch was left with bootprints, too.Overall, it was a middle of the road experience. If you don't mind a bit of mess and some spots of dead grass, you'll get some nice concrete work done for a reasonable price.
