Anibal and his crew did an outstanding job on my back patio. Anibal was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and the pricing was more than fair. They had to “rescue” a botched demolition job to begin with, including the repair and painting of damaged stucco. Anibal then helped with the quartz design, scheduled and poured the new concrete, created concrete caps on the walls, repaired drains, and returned to seal it all. He and his conscientious crew showed pride in their work, and I am delighted with the result. I highly recommend Smart View Concrete and Construction!!
I am so glad that I hired Anibal and Smart View Construction for our back yard project. The work was excellent, when I added the pergola after the concrete work was done, my buddy commented that the measurements we way more precise than what he is used to dealing with when it comes to concrete contractors. Through the process, Anibal was communicative and went above and beyond, even sticking to the original contract when unexpected costs and issues came up. Other companies have tried to renegotiate with me in the past, but Anibal took care of the extra costs himself and never complained. The result, as you can see from the pictures, is beautiful.
