We had Cooks come out to do our Forma-drain footings and pour our 2300 sqft basement and crawlspace. I've been in a lot of Michigan basements and this is hands down the best quality basement pour I've ever seen. The finish is smooth like velvet and no major cracking or chipping at all, even a few months later. We have friends that used an other company to pour their basement around the same time and you can definitely tell the difference. Trust me when I say this company is worth every penny. My only feedback would be that communication/customer service could be a little more professional but I care more about the finished product.
