We were very pleased with Ritsema as they came up with a very nice solution to our pool deck and front sidewalk. Both needed an esthetic upgrade and they worked with us on colors and design. They were very easy to work with and effectively delivered against our expectations. Recommend them for concrete staining projects.

This is helpful in planning your driveway or other projects as his experience is insightful. Quality - if he says "it's going to look nice" - it does! Knowledge - he knows about proper drainage and considers your area. He understands how you will use the project and recommends to best method to install the proper materials. Accuracy - he provides a project quote, and that is exactly what you get. Price - his quotes are competitive and he sticks to his costs, even when my project ended up needing a few more yards of concrete, he made it right and got the job done. Follow-up, Chris stopped back by to ensure I was happy with the results several days later and that there were no issues needing addressed. This is a real review, by a real customer. My project was on a lake property in Kalamazoo county in late 2024.
The owner came out on time to provide me an estimate. He was fair and thoughtful and soon after his son and another worker completed my driveway repair in a few hours. They came back days later to make sure that everything was fine. It was! I have found other contractors in the area to be unreliable. Not this outfit!
