This company filed a lien against my property without any contract, invoice, delivery, or prior communication with me. I had never done business with them in any way—no agreement, no materials, nothing. Yet they submitted a lien that delayed the sale of my home and caused me serious financial harm.When I reached out to request proof, they refused to provide any documentation. Instead, they falsely accused another business of being involved and ignored all my formal requests to remove the lien.Their actions were not just unprofessional—they were reckless, harmful, and possibly fraudulent under Texas law. I am now pursuing legal action for slander of title and damages.?? If you’re a homeowner, contractor, or anyone in the construction or real estate world: stay far away from this company. In my experience, they do not operate with transparency, integrity, or legal justification.I am posting this so others don’t become victims of what I went through.

As a homebuilder and designer, I have designed something a little different from the normal and had a few questions. Granted, I got there at lunchtime, but there was an employee there with some solid knowledge of sanded plaster applications, and when I showed him the plans and elevations, hadn't seen the idea before, and them gave me pointers on how to adhere the plaster to the brick without having to go through the whole process of scratch, brown and finish coats, nor having to use the EIFS system, which is to me inferior unless perfectly detailed. He also gave me rough areas/bag using option 1or 2. Fantastic information for a walk in. If you are in the homebuilding industry, give these guys a shot. They seemed to really want to help.
