Reviews are mixed. Positive notes mention projects completed as promised and helpfulness stepping in on stalled jobs. Critical feedback cites cracking, puddling from slope issues, and finish concerns, along with communication frustrations after problems arose. Overall ratings suggest variable results depending on project conditions and expectations.
I would not recommend Rivera Flatwork Concrete LLC based on my experience. The concrete work started showing serious problems shortly after it was completed. Large cracks developed across the surface, and some areas appear uneven and poorly finished. For a project that was supposed to last for years, the quality was extremely disappointing.I contacted the company about the issues, but the response was not what I expected. Proper concrete work should not crack and separate this quickly under normal conditions. Looking at the final result, it seems like corners were cut during preparation or installation. If you're investing your hard-earned money in a concrete project, make sure to do your research before hiring this company. Unfortunately, the workmanship I received did not meet professional standards.
Our driveway is just now a year old and there are cracks everywhere, including the stairs. We were very careful to follow directions so this wouldn’t happen but the work was not good. Very disappointing. They also covered our water line that went under the driveway and we had to pay for a whole new sprinkler system.
Great Work they have done!!
Too rushed. That caused some mistakes. The concrete was too soupy, caused immediate cracking. There are puddles where the slope is not finished. Applied the sealer too early leaving mottled stain on the concrete. Forgot to bring the reinforcing mesh, had to wait for it to be brought. Lied about there beings fiber in the mix.My 700 square feet of flatwork didn't make me a very important t customer.
Thanks to Rob, Noel, Noe, and Armando at Rivera Flatwork, who without hesitation picked up the baton from another concrete contractor who walked off the job with our huge deposit just after demo. Rivera Flatwork completed the work sooner than they promised and made it look better than we ever imagined! Thanks so much guys!!!!
