We had new front steps and porch built by Sinovi. They were amazing.From quick responses to making up for minor issues at the start they kept their word and completed the job in the timeframe we gave them.Derek was the labourer who did the bulk of the work. He was always on time and stayed late if needed to complete a task. He even did some extras because he didn’t like how it looked the first time. Such a perfectionist he took pride in his work and it showed!I would highly recommend them for any job you have!I wish I could post photos. I am so proud of the transformation of our front entrance I want the world to see!
We had long overdue brick repair work done along with refinishing our walkway and we are so pleased with the finished product. Mihal and his staff are friendly, professional and efficient. We are very happy with our backyard project done by Sinovi Masonry & Stonescape. Their work is top notch. The folks have great work ethic, very reliable and easy to talk to. The team worked very efficiently, and the pricing is competitive. There was limited access to our backyard, yet the team were still able to complete the difficult tasks. We spoke to many other companies and none were able to accommodate us like these guys did. Mihal the manager is very professional and really understands our specific needs. He’s also able to raise very helpful suggestions when needed. We were stressed in the beginning about such a big project, but Mihal’s team delivered it beautifully within a very short time and reasonable budget. For anyone considering a big landscaping project, I would highly recommend these folks.
Over the last couple of years Milko and his family did our driveway and side deck with interlock and replaced worn out stairs with stone. All look great and they stand behind their work.
