BEWARE! I signed a contract that clearly stated, "The contractor proposes hereby to furnish material and labor..." But, then the contractor didn't pay the concrete supplier and they initiated the process to put a lien on my property. Rockhard did not respond to multiple attempts from both me and the concrete company to contact them. Make sure you check status of contractor license.
These guys do good work at a decent price. Had them tear down an old wooden fence and build a block wall dividing my front/back yard. They hauled away all the old wood and even put in some extra effort to install an iron gate I was planning on installing myself. I will definitely be calling these guys next time I need some work done, and you should too!
Jeff and his crew came out and repaired a block wall that had fallen that separated myself from the neighbor. They cleaned up and hauled away 26 feet of the fallen blocks, then rebuilt the wall, all in one day!! He also did an extra small job of a 3 block retainer wall for a small drain while they were there! Exception work at a great price!!!
Jeff did a great job. We were able to negotiate a fair price and the work turned out wonderful. Recommend if you need concrete work for a reasonable price.
