They installed concrete next to my house and it does not slope away from the house, nor did they put in an expansion. Water stands on the concrete and up to the house. They have refused to fix it. Other concrete contractors have come out to look at it and say that they can’t believe what was done and nothing can fix it but to tear it out and do it all over. Jason sparks and Ed Sparks both have been avoiding my calls and I had to get an attorney.
