Beyond horrible experience! The owner Troy comes across very nice in the beginning but is not an honest man once he collects the money! He came by with his crew to work on our front porch. Before even speaking with him that morning they had already started the project and had concrete, brick, and rock all over our lawn. He promised his crew would clean it up and they never did. The work itself was like a nightmare DIY joke (see photos). There were chips, holes, and overhang everywhere. They didn’t even open the front door so it’s completely uneven and unfinished! They also left concrete all over my front door and the surrounding woodwork. He came back the next day and agreed that everything needed to be fixed and stated it would be done within the week (have all texts stating he agreed the job was not ok and that he agreed to come back). Well, that was in June and here we are in August and he has decided to ignore all messages!
Update to TLDs response to our review:
The owner Troy was on site the entire project along with a group of men. It is disappointing but not at all surprising to see nothing but an excuse in response to the review instead of ownership for the poor workmanship. He did offer to redo the project as he mentions but only after we reported him to the Better Business Bureau. There, he went back and forth until i attached photos, time/date stamped text messages, and call logs for the BBB to review. He then offered to redo the project but we most definitely declined the gesture* as we had absolutely no interest in having him on our property again to work on anything. My experience is over and I have nothing left to say about the matter. We have since had the project fixed as much as we could. My review is purely to report my experience only. Readers can decide for themselves if this is someone they would like to work on their project.

The entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The TLD crew were absolutely patient with all of my questions. They kept me updated throughout the process and relieved any concerns I had. They poured a beautiful new driveway and updated the front stoop. The craftsmanship is outstanding!!! They were respectful of the property and left the job site spotless. Only company I will use or recommend for any future projects.

We recently had a small concrete patio installed in our backyard and are very pleased with the results. The crew was professional, arrived on time, and completed the project efficiently. The patio was formed and finished with great attention to detail, leaving a smooth, clean appearance that complements our outdoor space perfectly. The work area was kept tidy throughout the project, and everything was cleaned up upon completion. The finished patio is sturdy, level, and exactly what we were looking for. These are pictures of the mess left by Troy and his workers that I had to clean up. Troy did not complete the job that was suppose to be completed. Troy consistently lied about services to be completed. How ever he had no problem asking for the $ before being completed. He failed to seal coat and fix honeycombed cement work, he also failed to fix the damage done to my yard by him and his bobcat. I had to complete the landscaping nightmare that was left behind. I would definitely not recommend this company.
3 recent bad reviews all pretty much identical but different victims.
No need to come by Troy I contracted a competent company to complete my project.

And for those who have complaints towards Troy I would recommend that you file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

The person who worked on my driveway was the owner Troy Adams you fired the owner.....Nice try Troy, now you are trying to save face due the negative reviews that you recieved from multiple people. Instead of doing it over why dont you refund my money? Pathetic to stoop this low.
When will you come out and redo the whole driveway over, like your post said before you deleted it Troy? You need some serious help. Good luck, theres no praying that will help you, with your continued lies and poor ethics. *And for your information there is a picture of the completed horrible driveway. And I will refrain from posting what others say about your work Troy, read the other two reviews here and maybe you will get a clue. Its a simple system, good work will get good reviews.

What did my work (false)ethics have to do with your poor job of installing a cement driveway? Personal attacks, like I mentioned earlier are poor ethics of a business. This has nothing to do with me. You continually try wiggling out of bad work by deflecting. You really should grow up and instead of typing here, devote your attention to bettering you business and work issues. Just saying.

Mr Troy was great to deal with in the beginning, very nice, very quick responses but after work started it quickly went down hill. Crew showed up and began tearing the old stoop up and throwing all the debris in the grass. They left a wheelbarrow full of cements in the front yard overnight that ended up hardening and leaving a 3x3 spot of concrete where grass should be. When Troy came to collect payment late in the day, there were issues I had with the job and brought them all to Troys attention. He told me that the holes in the base are "just fine, i wouldnt worry about those" , I also stated there was an overhanging mess of concrete at the base that needed to be cut off, Troy told me that I need to cover it with grass. He stated that the corner was not done well and that the crew should have done a better job cleaning the mess in the street and he would send them back to clean it up. Nothing about my new 3x3 patch of concrete in my yard. Troy stated he would have one of his guys come and address some issues and now after over a week, im still on seen. Update: its now over 2 months and will not respond to my number.
